Official Booking
A credit card number is required prior to confirming your reservation.
For any reservation of more than 7 night stay, a deposit of 50% of your reservation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.
Arrivals and Departures
- Check-in time: between 16h00 and 18h00
- Check-out time: At 10h
*** The room will be held until no later than 18h00, the day of your scheduled arrival. If you anticipate arriving later than 18h00, please notify us in advance.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily between 7:00 A.M. and 8:30 A.M.
(8:30 A.M. being our last service)
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival will not be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival will forfeit 50% of the entire cost of your stay, fee charged to your credit card.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival or if you are not present on your appointed day of arrival (absence without notice), you will be charged the total cost of your stay.
- No Fee Cancellation – If however we should close the doors of our facility due to recommendations from government authorities for a new mandatory lockdown, no cancellation fee, no penalty will be charged for any confirmed stays during this period of confinement.
No discount will be guaranteed in case of late arrival and you will not eligible for a refund in case of an early departure.We consider a cancelled reservation for any last minute change request made by the customer that unfortunately could not be granted by the establishment. As the last minute change requested by the customer has not been approved, the etablisment treats the reservation as cancelled by the customer. For that reason, the customer will be charged for the entire stay.
Comfort and Well-Being
In order to preserve the quality of the establishment and to respect the tranquility of our residents, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes at the front entrance. Therefore, why not bring your own slippers for a feeling of extra comfort? These items, packed within your suitcase, will definitely make you feel more at home… If not, we have already put at your disposal numerous pairs of slippers in a basket on the front entrance hallway.

Sanitary Measures Covid-19

We have put in place very high hygiene and safety measures to protect as much our precious guests as we, your proud innkeepers.
Physical Distancing: Displays are in place in all common areas to ensure respect for the recommended physical distancing.
Hand sanitizer: A disinfectant dispenser is installed at the entrance.
Best Hygiene Practices: We use approved cleaning products and protocols to effectively control viruses, bacteria and other pathogens.
Safe rooms: No one but you will enter your room for the duration of your stay, ensuring that your room is safe. All rooms are left empty according to the recommended time before being cleaned and reassigned, according to the cleaning protocol in place.
Public areas and common areas: Wearing a face cover is obligatory in common areas. The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been increased in all public areas, especially for the surfaces most frequently used.
Our health protocols are constantly being updated as information becomes public and complies with government directives.
